At St John’s, we take care of patients all the way to the tip of their toes. Our podiatrists treat the full range of foot disease, from the complications of diabetes to rheumatoid arthritis and bunions.

South Los Angeles has the highest rate of diagnosed diabetes in Los Angeles County. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to the development of infections in the legs and feet which, if left untreated, can lead to needing amputation.
To help prevent diabetic complications among our patients, St. John’s developed a chronic disease specialty care treatment program, including podiatry which has helped diabetic patients care for their feet, prevent infections and saved hundreds of limbs. |
