St. John’s offers direct family planning and STI services targeting special populations to increase and improve access to comprehensive reproductive health care and treatment, counseling and community education.

• Title X Delegate Agency – Increasing access to family planning services by providing comprehensive reproductive health counseling, education and community outreach.
  
  
• EPICS – targeting females 25 years and under to increase access to Chlamydia screening and treatment and to promote knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of male and female students that lead to higher rates of reproductive health service utilization & responsible sexual behavior.
  
  
• Healthy Births Initiative – Harbor Corridor and Heart of the City Collaboratives provide integrated care management, health education, social support and community education to improve birth outcomes for pregnant women and their families while reducing subsequent poor birth outcomes. The initiative focuses on five strategies:

• Advancing Policies that Advance Healthy Births
• Sharing Knowledge and Resources

• Man Up! – a prevention program to reduce the rates of teen pregnancy and STI rates by increasing the number of males ages 14-18 who receive family planning services, increasing knowledge of sexual health issues among the target population, and improving strategies to provide sex education to males. • HIV Program – a prevention program to expand existing clinic-based routine rapid HIV testing to screen and identify new cases of HIV infection for treatment, and provide culturally and linguistically appropriate HIV care management, health education and referrals, including clinical care and support services for HIV positive individuals.
