School Readiness

St. John’s School Readiness Program provides a wide range of services to help children from ages 0-5 and their families get ready for school. Our program provides family support and the necessary early childhood education to promote future success in school.

Services include: 

  • Parent education (child development, child safety, health, literacy, parenting skills)

  • Developmental Assessments

  • Parent training and education (child development, child safety, health, literacy, parenting skills)

  • Referrals to community resources (housing, food, financial support, health resources, transportation assistance, etc.)

  • Kindergarten transition training (elementary school field trips, enrollment assistance)

  • Home Visitation
